Positive Psychology in the Middle East and North Africa

We collaborate with individuals, communities, and organizations in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region to create supportive work environments by applying methodologies from positive psychology, biopsychosocial science, and psychology. Our aim is to boost employee morale, enhance well-being and positive emotions, and stimulate productivity.

Who We Are

PPMENA was founded by Tamara Qazzaz. Tamara is a coach, facilitator, teacher, lecturer, and researcher in well-being, inclusion, and personal development. She holds a master’s degree in Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology with a particular focus on team coaching and well-being.

PPMENA consists of internationally certified specialists in well-being who believe in humanistic and psychosocial approaches. Bridging Eastern traditions with advanced Western science allows us to create clear programs that nourish the mind, body, and spirit.
